Program rates

Our 2024–2025 rates are $37.50/day for your first child and $27.50 for any additional child, Monday to Friday.

Please keep in mind that you will be billed on a monthly basis, based on the number of school days in each month. We are not a drop-in service, and if a child is absent or on vacation, all fees must be paid in full for the month based on the number of school days registered for.

Dates

The ASN Club program runs from September to June, and students are encouraged to join at any time during the school year if space is available. Please keep in mind that the program does not cover SD48 school closures, such as statutory holidays, breaks, and professional development (Pro-D) days. Students will not be charged on these days.

Hours

School pick-up time to 6 pm.

What to bring and wear

To ensure that your child has the best experience at The Ninja Gym, please consider the following advice for what to wear and bring:

Athletic Clothing: Please dress your youngster in comfortable clothing that allows them to move around. We recommend including an additional set of clothes in case of spills or mishaps.

Shoes: The Ninja Gym does not allow outside shoes, so please bring indoor shoes with rubber soles instead.

Snacks: Please carry additional snacks for your youngster to enjoy during Ninja Gym sessions. We offer snack time to ensure that all kids have enough energy for their sessions and activities.

Water Bottle: Please provide a refillable water bottle with your kid to ensure they stay hydrated throughout the day.

Personal belongings: To avoid losing personal items, we recommend tagging them with your child's name. Please do not send precious items or toys, since The Ninja Gym cannot be responsible for missing or damaged personal property.

Monthly Fees

Invoices are due at the beginning of the month. Payments can be quickly made online or At the gym. Please keep in mind that program fees are assessed once a year, and any fee increases will be communicated three months in advance. The one-month nonrefundable deposit will be used to cover the month of June.

Change of Schedule/Cancellation Notice

Families must offer two weeks' notice via email for any changes to their children's schedules. If the number of days is reduced, no refund will be given. The Ninja Gym may grant store credit at its discretion, and it is valid for six months from the date of issue. Store credit can only be used for Pro-D day camps or spring/winter programs.

To cancel your child's registration in the program, submit at least 30 days' notice by email. The cancellation will take effect on the first of the month following the notice period's completion. The one-month nonrefundable deposit will pay the fees for the next month.

Early Dismissal and Pro-D-Days

We are genuinely committed to providing the finest possible service to our family during early dismissals and professional development (Pro-D) days. We recognize that early dismissals have several timetables, including the usual 2:00 p.m. dismissal and the noon dismissal on collaboration days.

We will do our best to arrange pick-up services for the regular 2:00 pm dismissal, but we cannot promise it. We will notify you of our capacity to provide pick-up services one week before the early dismissal day.

We do not, however, provide pick-up services on collaboration days when children are dismissed at noon because of the differing timetables of different schools. Instead, we invite your child to be dropped off at The Ninja Gym at 3:15 p.m. or meet the NINJA-bus at their school at 3:00 p.m.

We are grateful for your understanding and support during this time. It is crucial to note that whether or not your child attends on days with early dismissal, you will be invoiced for those days. This is because we will continue to conduct our program and hold your child's position.

Please keep in mind that on Pro-D days, we do not offer after-school programs, and families are not charged for these days. Instead, we offer camps from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. that must be booked separately. We apologize for any trouble this may cause, and we encourage you to make alternative plans for these days if the camp is not appropriate.

Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to cancel a child's membership to the program at any time, without notice, if their behavior poses a safety concern or disruption to the program. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Physical or verbal violence towards staff or other children

  • Defiance or refusal to follow program rules and guidelines

  • Bullying or harassment of other children

  • Flight risk or attempts to leave the program without authorization

By registering your child for the program, you acknowledge that you are aware of this policy and understand that termination of membership may occur if your child's behavior meets any of the above criteria. In the event of termination, the one-month non-refundable deposit will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the month.

Please note that the safety and well-being of all children in the program is our top priority, and we will take all necessary steps to ensure a safe and supportive environment for everyone.
