While you enjoy the best of B.C. craft beer, live music, and food trucks downtown, your kids can have their own epic day at Squamish Ninja Gym. Our Kids' Camp runs alongside the festival from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM and offers a full afternoon of high-energy games, obstacle races, capture the flag, and team challenges — all led by our experienced staff in a fun, safe environment.

Designed for kids aged 5–12, this camp gives parents a chance to enjoy the festival knowing their children are nearby, engaged, and having an awesome time.

RideHub Bike Camp – July 7 ‍♂️

We’re teaming up with RideHub to bring a perfect blend of ninja and mountain biking! Kids ages 6-8 will kick off their day shuttling on the mountain bike trails with RideHub before heading back to the gym for an afternoon of ninja action. Kids ages 9-11 will start their day at the gym, then hit the trails after lunch. Expect high-energy fun with exciting games and challenges at the gym, paired with top-notch mountain biking training from RideHub.

90 minutes of pure adventure in our indoor ninja-gym wonderland! CLEAN INDOOR SHOES ARE MANDATORY and we recommend a water bottle.

Join us for an evening of fun and entertainment from 5:00 - 8:00 PM. The night kicks off with open gym time from 5:00 - 6:00 PM, followed by a pizza party from 6:00 - 6:30 PM. Then, settle in for a family-friendly G-rated movie from 6:30 - 8:00 PM.

Build confidence and sharpen your ninja skills in this technique-focused class. Each week features a different obstacle or movement theme—from swinging and momentum to jumping, precision, and power. You’ll develop the core fundamentals needed to move smoothly through any course. Expect to be challenged, supported, and to leave each session a little closer to obstacle mastery.

Adult Ninja Circuit

Get ready for a high-intensity interval workout that blends obstacles with functional exercises to keep you moving, sweating, and engaged. Each session includes a guided warm-up, focused obstacle practice, and a heart-pumping circuit designed to build cardiovascular fitness, obstacle proficiency, and explosive power. Expect to move fast, recover actively, and leave feeling stronger—mentally and physically.

By doing 1–2 circuit workouts a week, you can expect to feel stronger on big hikes or the uphill grind to your favourite bike trail, recover faster so you can actually enjoy the view at the top, and feel more stable and grounded on the way down. This is functional fitness at its most fun and effective.
