Ninja-Happi camp is a thrilling blend of athleticism and artistry, brought to you by the Ninja Gym and Happimess where action meets creativity!

From 9 am - 12 pm, kids will get their ninja on and master their moves at the Ninja Gym. Then, in the afternoon from 12 pm - 2:45 pm, they'll head to Happimess, a creative studio where they'll learn art with brushes, colors, and canvases under the guidance of experienced instructors.

Come by at 7:30pm on Mondays for open gym time followed by a viewing party of American Ninja Warrior on the big screen between 8-10 pm.

Welcome to Ninja Gym Movie Night!

Join us for an evening of fun and entertainment from 5:00 - 8:00 PM. The night kicks off with open gym time from 5:00 - 6:00 PM, followed by a pizza party from 6:00 - 6:30 PM. Then, settle in for a family-friendly G-rated movie from 6:30 - 8:00 PM.

Laser Tag returns to the Ninja Gym! Join us for some fun, games and challenges Thursday nights.

Players must be at least 7 years of age to play.

Join the Ninja community in celebrating sporting excellence with our first Ninja competition on September 7th and 8th. Test your skills and see if you’ve got what it takes to compete with the best and hit our buzzer. With categories for every age group, this is the perfect opportunity to race on our specially designed obstacle courses. Involving balance, agility, coordination, strength, and skill, these courses will be both fun and challenging. This event will be part of the Canadian Ninja League (CNL), with qualifying athletes moving on to Regionals, Nationals and Worlds.

*Course format: classic, single run course of approximately 12 obstacles with a time limit.

Calling all parents and their little adventurers aged 3 to 5! Bring the kiddos to the ninja gym for a safe and exclusive playdate where the fun knows no bounds!

A different way to workout. This program consist on a group of people (minimum 2 per class), that are going to be put into a set of workout routines that they’ll have to go through in a determine amount of time, for a several amount of sets. This program helps you build core, muscle strength, coordination, teamwork and cardio.

Introducing a dynamic and empowering experience that goes beyond the ordinary – our Ladies' Fitness Fusion! A 50-minute Ninja-packed class that incorporates cardio work, strength training, obstacle courses and yoga!

Incorporating 30 minutes of structured class, these 90-minute sessions are aimed at providing teachings on the fundamentals of body movement and free time, providing kids the freedom to explore their bodies.

Come down for a 1-time parkour and ninja class with our instructors! $30 per participant - can be paid in advance or at the door!

Come out and try our adult Ninja Gym program! Designed with fitness, obstacle mastery, and play in mind. Learn how to conquer the warped wall, lachee like khay, balance on rails, and fly across the rings in these adult-oriented classes.
